Maid - Mandarin / English Speaking

Hi - we will be moving to Singapore on Jan 1 2011. We are seeking a maid who speaks Mandarin & English and is able to assist with household and caring for a 2 year old boy from time to time. I would be grateful for any advice or recommendations.
