Dear Expats ! A warm greeting to all of you.
I am exploring the opportunities of starting a small scale business in Singapore. Il list down the current profile I hold and you can suggest me the requirements based on the above:
1. International Candidate (Which is ME)
2. A PR of Singapore plus couple of citizens willing to pledge the capital (could be sole proprietorship or Partnership if things go smooth)
3. I would be running the Operations part ( designing/implementation of business modules across)
Now what should I know ?
1. Is there any legal help or should we approach a lawyer for signing and completing the legal formalities ?
2. Under what visa will my application be filed or should be filed when the Business opens ?
3. Necessary documents/ legal requirements and Market analysis/loans from the banks...... where can one get muhc additional information about this before going to the Legal part of establishing the Business ?
