Beauty courses in singapore

Hi

I would like to pursue a beauty course in singapore.
Can someone suggest a good institute for a recognised course.
I'm an indian student and would like to pursue a beauty course there,will doing a course there be regarded with value
Also after we complete the course how will be the placements.
Will I get a job ?
ALso am currently residing in india..
Can i apply for a student visa and then a employment visa once the course is over ?
Also i have a certificate from V care ,chennai for beauty therapy..If i search for a job in singapore with my qualification can i get a visa and work there in singapore..how difficult will this be..

Please advise ..

Basically the Singapore government is clamping down on foreign workers at this time, so even though you may get the course, It will be more tricky getting a job.

Your only choice would be to choose a local Indian Company that is offering services in the Indian community and English, unless you are fluent in Mandarin. You will be competing against local Singaporeans, that have been encouraged by government to upgrade their skills, and with the local elections due, I would believe Singaporean locals may get priority unless you can convince the authorities you have more to offer.

A diploma only allows S pass and degree may qualify for EP if I am not mistaken. But the chances to succeed in seeking employment after the course my dear will be very slim!

Sorry rvinodhini, i have no idea, it maybe better to ask in the beauty and health thread, lots of locals and expats that are interested in beauty may help you out.
