Rental of boat for qualified PPCDL

Heyyaa all!
Does anyone know if there's any boat charter companies in Singapore who rents boats for those with PPCDL? As in, we can just rent the boat for a half/full day and drive it ourselves.

Can anyone recommend overseas property with good rental yield? Bangkok sort of came up my mind..any thoughts?

Personally I find security of title and taxation to be more important than yield (and forex risk). High yields often imply problems otherwise...
