Tarmac trip will have a PHOTO JOURNALIST. Could use a photographer on trail trip... except no room for pillion rider, unless you are petite, beautiful, and female.nakatago wrote:you need a photographer then?Strong Eagle wrote:Bikes supplied. Meow, there is room on the chase vehicle. There will be at least one other woman on the chase vehicle, a person I know, and I think you would find her a delight.Meow81 wrote:Hi Strong Eagle,
That looks fun! I was on a trip to HCM this May. I don't ride though...any place for a passenger? I am looking at travelling to Hanoi and Laos. Can you pm me the details?
Thanks!
All things are relative in Vietnam. Knowing the guy that runs the tours, he'll only opt for a chain if no other venue is available. I've stayed in small, very Vietnamese hotels that qualify as 5 star... not because they meet the amenities of a Hilton but because they are very clean, excellent staff and food, and reek of Vietnamese culture.carteki wrote:The trip in March sounds interesting EXCEPT for the 4/5* accommodation! Good excuse to go ahead and learn how to ride a bike (even though I already have scars from falling off one on the farm way back when)
