Does anybody here, care to recon a nice place to dive ?? or mayb a affordable budget kind of diving, most likely to learn everything overseas. Can that be done?

I’m not too sure what you are asking but you can get to Manado on Silk air very cheap. You can get a dive package at one of the Bunaken dive resorts for CHEAP. We like Two Fish Divers.

The diving is as good as it gets.
