Which is better ?? i would like to know more of the paper wrk that needed to be done to have either one ?? upgrades and downgrades ?? what is it like ??

Oh renting will be easily understandable, i guess? but what i would like to know is the process of the whole thing ?? or could u direct me out to the page where i could read up all the criteria's i'm looking at..

You read an advertisement and if you see a place your are interested in.....
You call the agent involved.
They will then take you to view the place and a lot more that are more expensive than you want to spend.
You give them the deposit check if the place is suitable
The agent will do everything else.

Before coming here I bought the Explorer book - Complete Residents Guide to Singapore, it had everything there you would need to know.
Condos have facilities usually like pools, tennis courts and gym, HDB's don't have these however the rents are much lower.
There's so much more information on here if you take the time to use the search function. Every conceivable questions has been asked before and will continue to be asked over and over again.
