If you're not a Singapore citizen or PR you can forget about HDB

Whatever you have been smoking will not be available in Singapore.
Or is there another reason your posts are so confused that we still don't know what you actually want?

You read an advertisement and if you see a place your are interested in.....
You call the agent involved.
They will then take you to view the place and a lot more that are more expensive than you want to spend.
You give them the deposit check if the place is suitable
The agent will do everything else.

Before coming here I bought the Explorer book - Complete Residents Guide to Singapore, it had everything there you would need to know.
Condos have facilities usually like pools, tennis courts and gym, HDB's don't have these however the rents are much lower.
There's so much more information on here if you take the time to use the search function. Every conceivable questions has been asked before and will continue to be asked over and over again.
