I have managed to check it out and looked at my possible solutions. In terms of finding a job with EPEC, whats the chances of finding a employer that is willing to bring in a foreginer? Also is there any agencies which i could speak to in regards to finding a job for a foreginer?

Anyone who has gone through the EPEC process then looking for a job when arriving in singapore.

Thanks

Hi, if you looking for Accounting or Finance background job is quite easy in Singapore compare with other industry...

you can try to use the below job portal to search for job:

www.jobsdb.com.sg
www.jobstreet.com.sg
www.jobscentral.com.sg

This is quite common job portal that using in Singapore.

Or if you want to use Agency, i will suggest you to send your resume to:

www.michaelpage.com.sg
www.robertwalters.com.sg

Work pass applying in Singapore is different with other countries...
Because, the employer will help the foreigner to apply it, when they offer the Job to the foreigner.

But, if you want to try apply EPEC, i am not sure whether the successful rate of it....

Hope the information help you....

Welcome!!!

Thanks for the guidance Ecchi.

I think i will apply for EPEC aswell as looking for an agent to try and help me get to where i am.

After reading alot of threads with people getting rejected because they don't bring something different to Singapore. I'm a bit concerned whether i would be in the same boat as i would only have a few years experience over a singapore resident looking for the same job that i would apply for.
