is SG baby buggy friendly?

Hello,
how easy is to move in SG with a baby buggy. Are SG MRT (stations) and busses "buggy friendly"? Are HDB blocks usually equiped with elevators?

Oh, and I believe most if not all HDB flats have elevators.
