PR Appeal

Hi
Today i have recieved my wife PR rejection letter after around 18th months.I am thinking to appeal for the same, my wife got MBA in Hospital Mgt and she was working in india before marriage,now she is pregnant,i have long plan in singapore.

I am working financial sectory as Business Analyst.

Can anyone tell me what should i put in my appeal,wil this really help ?..

When you applied for PR for yourself, were you married at that time? If No, how long has it been since your marriage? Do you have kids? If yes, Have you applied PR for them?

How long is she in Singapore?
