My wife and I arrive in Singapore on 10 December and will be looking for a helper. We are coming from Hong Kong, where we have lived since 2005. For all of that time we have been lucky enough to have the most wonderful helper. Unfortunately she cannot accompany us. We have managed to get her a great gig with a dear friend of ours, so we're at peace on that count, but there now remains the quest for a new helper in a new city. At the risk of sounding pompous I will say that we are near ideal employers. We are a happy couple with no children, we travel a lot and we love people, cooking, and life in general. Our ideal helper would have good English skills, would love to cook (and eat) and would love to learn. If anyone here knows of a lady like this, who needs, or will soon need a position, please reply.
