Empty HDB Apartment Vs. Full furnished Rents

In general easy to find almost empty HDB apartment?

How much rent difference between that and fully furnished?

To give an background, I will be moving to Singapore in December end and looked at various housing posts. Seems difficult to find empty house HDB one(rent not more than 3K), as I would like to get all my house stuff transferred from India to Singapore.

I will be working at Changi Business Park and don't mind to travel 30-40 minutes one way.

Generally speaking, HDB rentals are at the lower end of the rental market. People who are looking for an HDB are usually not that well off, and the majority of places will be furnished or at least part-furnished.

That is not to say it's impossible to find, but less well-off people can't often find the money to splash down on all the white goods and furniture. condos are much easier to find unfurnished.

But, you can talk to a landlord, he might have a lock-up or other properties to move furniture to.
