Hiring rules - ad hoc / odd jobs

Post by KindClare » Wed, 24 Nov 2010 9:16 pm

I've searched this forum and the MOM website and can't find the answer. Maybe someone here knows . . .
Can I hire anyone here legally (Dependent Pass holder most likely) to babysit on an ad hoc basis? Like a teenage neighbor girl or something? Are there any restrictions to this that anyone knows? The job certainly would never exceed 10 hours a week.

Thank in advance.

SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers
