What does ICA and their website have to say?

Thanks - I checked the ICA website...however i can't find any information relating to 'marriage certificate'. I've been married for 11 yrs and all i have is an official church marriage certificate. Wondering if this will count or does it have to be a state agency issued certificate.

Hmmm... seems rather odd. In the UK all marriages get registered with the state, by the place that hosts them.

In the US you have to go to City Hall and register for a license. Then you get issued a foolscap sized license/cert.

Are you from a jurisdiction where a wedding is not registered with the state?
