PLs advise Salary Expectation

Post by Raghu-a » Fri, 19 Nov 2010 2:46 pm

Hello !

How much one can expect if he/she is shorlisted for a job in Singapore in Automotive Industry for mid-managerial position ...if the person has an experience of around 5-6 yrs (MBA-Mktg+B.Tech).

I know more often than not, it depends on the specific position and the company that is hiring...but would like to have some inputs from you poeple so that one may not have over-expectations....

Also..pls advise what category of Employment Pass the person is eligible for ??

Thanks in advance....
:)

The EP that would be offered would be commensurate with the income level being offered, unless for some reason the MOM doesn't want the EP holder dragging a bunch of rellies over, so they might actually give someone a grade less in order to prevent the ability to bring in certain relatives.

As far as what's the position worth? How long is a piece of string?

What you should think about is what are YOU worth to the company. If you settle for less, than you aren't worth what you thought you were.
