Keep twisting the subjects talking about everything you want. :)
I only meant that you won't be able to keep the conversation in the same way if we meet. You may try to disprove my statement, but that'd be not easy, cuz this week I'm quite busy (speaking in rhymes :???: )
Thats what forums are for-talking about everything one wants! Not trying to prove or disprove anything-though I found your original comment on there being no "pure" relationships more of a personal opinion than an absolute truth. :) Thought it might be interesting to find out more :P
If it's interesting, you can catch me somewhere at FNDC - we'll have more time. I really have a lot of work to do today until late, so can't answer. Anyway, it was nice to have a conversation with you, senorita. :)
Have had a super-crazy Monday myself! Nice talking to you too- except you're more likely to find me at the local library than at FNDC :P Cheers! ;)

Seems like this post has been hijacked! Going back to the original post - any ladies out there keen to meet up?

Don't worry, Inception. Just wear a dress and high-heels, and that'll be ok.

Hmm... so your idea of a "cutie" is another man wearing a dress and in high heels?

And... the plot thickens.....

Does the public need more entertainment?
I thought, the subject is closed. :)

Wow, and I thought you were enjoying all the attention! Well, if the topic was closed you should not have instructed Inception to dress the way you asked him to... Or maybe that comment was your way of "reaching out" to the "right audience"! :P

[quote="LizzyUK"]Well, I've been here for a while and made some good female friends but now they are all leaving Singapore...boo:-(

Would love to hook up with some expat girls (native English speakers) who have either newly arrived or are in the same situation as I am. I'm here with my husband and we are both from the UK, in our 30s and no kids so I'm free to go out socialising!

Favourite things are going out for drinks (sometimes too many!), and doing girly things - spas, girly movies and just sharing our experiences of living abroad etc

Perhaps if there are a few of us in the same situation we could all meet up for a drink one evening?

Hi Lizzy,

I'm not sure if you've had any luck with this but I'd be keen to meet up. I'm 33, originally from Australia and living here with my boyfriend. I've been here for a while and have made some great friends but - as always in an expat community - many have left and/or are leaving soon. I've just joined so can't send you a private message. But if you send me one we could work something out.

Cheers
