New Mum 2b, looking for full time maid

Hi all,
Have two major upcoming events.
1. Arrival of baby in Jan
2. Hiring of full time maid.
The second one is giving me more anxiety believe it or not!!!
After hearing some horror stories of maids and agencies, am quite nervous.
Would any of you happen to suggest any RELIABLE agents or even maids who are looking to tranfer?
Would greatly appreciate any leads. You can PM me if you want.
