Its not only landed property, also ground floor apartments have been targeted, I have 2 friends that have their place broken into, they took mainly laptops and hand phones.

Though normally, I'd criticize the gahmen, I'm with them: low crime doesn't mean no crime.

Having a nanny you think is always watching over you all the time can make you complacent. Sadly, sometimes, lessons have to be learnt the hard way. This in spite and despite the continuous warnings.
