I saw poppies at Fort Siliso where the funds went to local WWII vets in the summer.

The British High Commission have poppies at the gatehouse - I'd be surprised if the Canadian HC can't offer you the same (as I seem to recall poppy designs are different from country to country).

There's also a service at Kranji on Sunday 14th at 7:30am.
