hello.. anybody knows if imei code can be detected after all data reset and use new sim card?..

The IMEI can be detected. But, Singtel, if that was your provider, won't track, and in any case, the most can be used with another carrier, maybe in another country.

In theory, it would be possible to create a IMEI database that all carriers could use to block service, but it doesn't exist.
