Hello! Does anyone have an idea whether it would be possible to pickup the EPEC Certificate from the MOM office. I have not received it yet and it has been 2 months since approval. I have all the emails and the online application stating its approved and am thinking the best option would be to travel to Singapore and pick it up in person. Would appreciate if someone could offer any insights on this. Many Thanks!

yes you can call them to enquire about picking it up.If they cant find the officer responsible for your application they will give u a specific email to write in and they will take around 3 days to respond to your email. I think the email is [email protected] that they gave my partner the last time. Cant really remember but i know she was able to collect it from mom.
