Looking for exercise buddy to hang out with

Post by Winson83 » Tue, 02 Nov 2010 6:45 am

I'm male 27 years old from Malaysia looking for a buddy that we can go for jogging, running, play badminton, swimming, hiking, camping and others inexpensive recreational activities. The problem with me is that I'm a crowd shy and I afraid to join those existence group and I didnt want to spoil their mood with my presence.

Going to run the Standard Chartered Marathon in this coming Dec and really wanted a buddy that we can train together. After this I'm going to run for this Macritchie Reservoir Ultra Marathon. Hope can find buddy with similar interest & goal.

Curently has join the badminton meetup group. Still under coaching to perfect my stroke so that I join with them and play a really nice game.

We can go for other activities as well such as rock climbing and other new activities during weekend. or a short trip to neighbour countries during weekend.

Thank you

Looking for sports buddy

Post by Winson83 » Sat, 25 Dec 2010 1:46 pm

Hi Kombatwomat,

I'm keen to have a sports buddy. But afraid that I might not be able to keep up with you too. I'm not very active and just recently started with running. Thinking to try for hiking & camping during weekend for a short weekend break but inexperienced to do that and waiting for the right moment & opportunity to do that.
