Can anyone help me out with exactly where your rights are with pay monthly gym memberships?
Myself and my girlfriend joined one of the 'mainstream' gyms and signed a year contract opting for a pay monthly arrangement. In a nutshell - don't like the gym and want to cancel.
Do you get a cooling off period? I only signed the contract yesterday? I have read through the small print and cannot make head nor tale of the contract of the T&C's.
