Any recommendations please?

What area do you live in? I'm sure you'd rather have suggestions close to your home, but If you live over the east area you could try the Sidewalk Tavern or Dog and Bone in Siglap or maybe Scruffy Murphy's on the beach.

Prince of Wales on Dunlop Street in Little India is pretty good.... beers from $6 bottle / $10 pint, and the draught is a really good Aussie microbrew.

Heard they just opened one on Boat Quay too.. not been there yet but mates say the prices are the same which makes them pretty cheap for that area!

hei guess what

Yep, for the high prices you pay, you have to say that is best ...

Meanwhile I will stick to 24$ jug of draft beer elsewhere
