Astronomical year-end airfares

OUCH reading the thread made me want to check...

I just re-recheked the current prices around the date ( same airline) I'm travelling and I'm soooooooo glad I booked early... current prices for the same plane I'm taking a single fare is more expensive than we ended up paying for the both of us

Price increase is much more impressive than the one last year same period....
