Where can I buy costume jewelry in Singapore?

Hello,

I'm looking for inexpensive, gaudy jewelry for my Halloween costume. Does anyone know where to go in Singapore for that?

This is a bit late but for future reference: For cheap Halloween costumes Ive seen heaps in GIANT and Toys r Us at Vivo city and if you want costume jewellery there are now 2 new stores in Harbourfront shopping centre close to the ferry terminal entry.
