Hey Friends
I ordered an L shaped sofa set from RED APPLE furniture at IMM neverthless reading comments from this portal.
Was suppose to deliver on 26th OCT but informed as it will be delivered on 4th NOV hopefully before Diwali as my relatives are coming.
Whenever I call them they insisted they will call us on 25th of OCT and confirm the delivery and the reply was not in a good tone.
Can comment on the service ?
regards

It sounds like the service they've given you is bad so what more do you need to know?
If 30 people reply saying that the company is fantastic, will it make the bad service you've received any better?

I dont think Red Apple has got a good reputation at all. I bought my coffee table from them. It has 4 stools under it, and the first time the stools came with the table ,the stools were larger in size than the table.so they had to take it back to the factory to have it made.
Well I came across this forum
www.renotalk.com where one of the threads discussed about Red Apple, and I was happy that I only bought a table because many were complaining were about their late deliveries.

You said they will call you on 25th Oct and you posted this on 28th Oct. So, what happened? Did they call?
