Has anyone worked as a legal secretary or personal assistant in Singapore? If so, what is the average salary (less tax)? And what was your general experience like? I have worked as a legal secretary for 7 years and I have done a Diploma in HR, and I'm a first year law student.

The existing tenant breaking lease ASAP (lease started 01 Jan.....2 year lease...no diplomatic clause).
New tenant (me) takes out 1 yr lease...
