Europe 2011 - anyone from Europe?

I came back from Europe not long and loved it. Love Italy and Switzerland, not to mention London.

Was wondering if anyone has experiences in Spain or Eastern Europe e.g Prague. Any recommendations on must-see and dos for a 2nd visit? I plan to go for 3 weeks to a month next year, if I can afford the time and $$.

"Going for tapas" is an essential part of life in Spain. It isn't so much what you eat but how - that is, a morsel food with every drink, and each each one in a different bar. Lots of bars, lots of drinks, lots of great food.
