yoga at inner room

Post by jenne » Fri, 19 Nov 2004 1:33 am

i've not been there myself but i have attended classes conducted by the guys.

Mel is really sweet and he takes care of you especially if you're a beginner. No pressure whatsoever. Was a regular in his class elsewhere. Attended one class by Chris. No impression formed but i heard that he's pretty funny.

if you like the place and think the price is alright, i would highly recommend it. What i heard from a friend is that the place is really nice and conducive for yoga... only down side, no proper showering facilties... not too sure.

Hey Jenne, thanks for your updates!! (thought no one will be replying to my queries...phew...) BTW, where did you attend lessons with them? Do you mean they teach at other places as well? I've read abt yoga and thought of trying. What kind of yoga does Mel/Chris teach? Is it difficult? I've tried searching for more info abt inner room but can't seem to find it on the web. Do you know if there're any female instructors in inner room? :D

yup... the only other female instructor there is serena.... have not attended her classes though. mel does mostly dynamic yoga i think. chris not too sure...hatha perhaps. i know that they teach many other group exercise classes at gyms etc.

you may want to call up inner room and ask for details... 67336645.. they should be able to answer most of your questions.

good luck. i've stopped yoga for a couple of months now.. wanna save some money i guess, really miss my classes....you'd really enjoy the classes once you're hooked.

good luck.

You really make me want to puke, Thea.
Does this personal touch include you cutting and pasting your drivel at every mention of yoga in a forum, Thea?
Have you, yet again, adressed the OP's question in any manner?

:delete: Not the topic, but Thea and her blatant advertising.

curiousaboutyoga - have only heard good things about them, not as modern or sophisticated as otehrs, but trainers are supposed to be good.

Nice Instructors

Post by jaslynk » Sun, 20 Nov 2005 6:32 pm

Hi pple, 8)
Do you mean Serena? I know her, I can say she's quite a nice instructor, she also teach Body Pump n Pilates in Planet Fitness and YMCA. But I am not quite sure whether does she also tech Body Balance.

Perharps you like to try out Yoga and Stretch at Dance Arts Studio, it is located at Specialist Shopping Centre. The Yoga instructor is a female, her name is Samantha. She's a very good instructor, and funny too. You'll like her.

Audrey, a well experience instructor. You can see her name in almost all studios and gyms. You can goto her if you're interested in the following workouts;

Body Pump, Body Combat, Personal trainning, Yoga, Pilates, RPM, Body Balance

Just as pathetic, Thea - notice how it still states that you edited your post . . . yet you still keep the personalised bullsh!t on there . . . Have the moderators not approached you with the advertising rates yet? I'll ask them for you . . . such a nice guy.
