Hi All,

Any lawyers charging a reasonable fees to recommend?

I need to sign some convenyancing documents for my overseas properties infront of a Lawyer as a witness.

Any idea how much will the fees be?

Much appreciated.

Cheers

Not sure where you're purchasing from, but just confirm that this is actually necessary. I had arranged an appointment and sent back the unwitnessed copies and got told that it "wasn't necessary"! At up to $20 a page I was quite annoyed that they'd included the requirement in the documentation even though they didn't need it.

try your high commission / embassy 's consular service. call them for a quotation. pls check with your lawyer whtr this is acceptable.

the other option will be by way of notary public.

best is to get all 3 quotation and compare the costs - subject to your home country's land office requirement of course.
