can work visa spouse work as UK contractor?

I am considering moving to Singapore with family. I am woman with 2 kids, I would get a work visa with my company.

Question is can my husband work? He is director of UK company and would want to try and get work for that company is Singapore or surrounding areas. It is in creative industry,

Any ideas? Thanks!
