thin & silky hair

Hi all,

I hv got silky, shiny but thin hair. I hv bn using heena for last 10 years but recently i hv come to know that for this quality of hair, using heena is not good as it makes ur hair more thin & dry. I hv also come to know that gradually,heena makes ur hair weak and spoils it though it gives ur hair shine on its application.

Do anyone has idea how far this is true?
