Anyone know where I can buy Halloween cookie cutters here in Singapore?

You could try that baking supplies store in Chip Bee Gardens near Holland Village.

yes, i checked there, but they only have a wizard's hat cookie cutter. Phoon Huat (just down the blk from them) do not carry any either.
