Service apartment under 4k?

Post by rickjames » Wed, 20 Oct 2010 10:09 pm

Yesterday I read a thread about someone posting about a Service Apartment they found that was approximately 3.3K per month. They said it was small yet doable..somewhere near the Orchard area?

I thought I bookmarked the link, but it seems I didn't :( , also I've done a search and have been looking for it -to no avail...does anyone remember such a thread or knows which Service Apartments are under $4K? (1 bedroom is sufficient)

Thank you so much!!

Yeah, one of my consultants is there at the moment. Its about the size of a hotel suite (separate bedroom and lounge), similarly furnished, with a hot plate, sink and mini-fridge making up the kitchen area.

Serviced twice a week, seemed like a fairly good deal for a short stay.
