I have read that to improve the length of a chin is to get a chin implant or sliding genioplasty. The procedures include using of foreign implants such as silicone or medpor and screws to secure them in position.
Can patient choose to use donor's chin where surgeon can use it as a chin implant? instead of using artificial implants? I thought of this because for rhinoplasty, patients can choose to use donor rib to increase their height of the nose bridge.
