Which Bank better for Edu Loan

Which bank (local or MNB) would you recommend for taking out an education loan & why? Want to get into a masters program in a local uni here in singapore.

Unless you have some sort of residency here that might be rather elusive.

try citibank, they have the service of providing education loan

local bank will be better..esp DBS/POSB..i have several friends take edu loan from this bank. they are studying poly or uni. maybe u can try it out. the bank doesn't charge any interest during study period. but around 4% once u have graduated. No matter which bank, I think u need someone as witness (not sure it is must be a singapore citizen/pr or can be anyone).
