Where to buy home office furniture

Post by lt7 » Sun, 17 Oct 2010 9:51 am

Hi,

I'm looking to buy an home office chair (similar to Herman Miller Aeron, doesn't have to be one though) that has a mesh seat and backing, lumber support, adjustable, caster wheels etc.

I can't seem to find the right area to look and haven't found anything online/2nd hand classifieds or in the malls I've been to. I live on East Coast and don't have a car, so I'm looking for a shop/warehouse that has a big selection of chairs. Don't mind if it's second hand, as long as it's in good condition and is the right fit for me (6"1). Any pointers on where to go appreciated.

regards

VHive - second floor, Funan IT mall. Or the office furniture place located at High Street Centre, 1 North Bridge Road, about two blocks south of Funan IT mall.

I'd tried Ikea already but it didn't have what I was after, but vHive looks good from the website, and I'll try the other place as well.

Thanks

I don't have a mesh backed chair but I do have an entire office for 12 people of furniture, desks, file storage, chairs, boardroom table w chairs... Some of it is 6yrs old but much is very serviceable.

It' s all for sale cheap or is going to the scrap heap in 3 wks as I'm being 'integrated' into a much larger office already fully set up.

PM me if you want to come and take a look.
