Look for sport injuries practitioner, maybe the pro football team masseur. Though I have purchased a great machine, electronic acupressure meridian points. which actually saved me having an operation on both knee cartilages which had been squashed flat, with down hill running. It took 3 months of daily treatment, but I was back running without pain.singmom wrote:I'm looking for a good massage place, too. Back, neck, shoulders. Deep tissue is best. But I specifically need a recommendation of someone who gives a gentle and s-l-o-w massage. Too often, I feel like my muscles are being injured. Any recommendations for this?
