Is there anywhere to buy goods at wholesale prices in Singapore, ie that are cheaper when bought in bulk and are not for resale but personal consumption, and where you dont need a vendors licence, or gst number to buy from them? Am doing a large house party, need to get a few beers and things in!!

I think even some of the smaller pubs do this too.
