looking for a babysitter

Hi,
We moved to Singapore 3 weeks ago.
I'm looking for a babysitter for my 11mts baby boy.
2-3 times a week, 3 hours more or less.
Can anyone recommended me on how to find a good sitter?
(it is really hard counting on adds and agencies)

I'm really used to care babies because my own sister has 2 sons and 1 daughter so I take care of them since I am 9 years old.I also did lot of baby sitting in France.
I love children, they are really Kindly. I'm really far from my country and my nephews and I really miss to take care of them.
So I would like to find some punctuals baby sitting (nights & weekends.)
