My family and I are getting ready to move to Singapore from the US for my husband's new job.
This is the first time this company has ever relocated someone, so they're not really sure how to go about it.
Does anyone know a good relocation person over there who can assist with obtaining the proper visas, getting housing, children in school, answer questions, etc.?
Thanks!

If your hubby is moving here with family , his company should be the one to apply for him all the visas arrangement.
For more info on this www.mom.gov.sg. Look up on the type of passes needed. Spouse will get a Dependent Pas. Child can get either DP or Student Pass.
For housing, as I will always encourage those first timer, come here and rent a Service Apartment for maybe a month. Then go house hunting. Seeing is believing. As there are many cowboys here, you need to know the 'ins' and 'outs on things done here.
Go to the search button under the profile link at the top right hand corner. Type in Tenancy Agreement, Housing , relocation etc . read and absorb.
For shipment, if the company is paying for you then go by ocean will be best. Get a 20 foot to stuff your household stuff. Electrical appliance voltage is different here ACV 230/240 and furnitures are cheap so you might want to consider NOT bringing these.
Light clothes as it either Rain or Shine.
If you need more info after all the absorption, throw a line , someone will pick the slack.
Good Luck
