SPC petrol stations: the guys at the pumps are always doing the job right and will do whatever you ask with a genuine attention.

Tiny optical shop on third floor of Novena Square: great customer service, smile and good care, goes above and beyond the service you pay for.

DBS: only had good experiences with their branches. Clear info, take time to explain when you're completely lost on how the hell this cash check ting works and they know what they are talking about. Only problem is they are always understaffed during peak hours.

+1 for the waiters who don't know the menu or can't tell you the main ingredient in some dishes. Make you want to have a hidden camera and record the whole ordering process...

Cha Cha Cha in Holland Village. All the entrées were delivered at the same time and the waiter actually came back to ask if everything was ok!

ps. That's a Mexican eatery
