Dears,
By end of this year, I will be moving to Singapore for one year. I am looking for a 3-4 bedrooms
condominium near Somerset/Orchard/Dhoby Ghaut MRT, Fully Furnish for a rental range of 7.5K-8K per month. However, I have heared from my friends that my budget is not enough for a nice and decent
condo 
. Is this true? please help.

It is possible to locate a
property from your requirements, however, it is also location specific /
condo specific. It would really depend on your needs ie: older condo-larger space; or newer
condos-smaller space.
