With all due respect, if you can't find answers to at least half those questions in 5 minutes of googling, maybe you should reconsider trying to run your own company... :o

All the information you need is easily obtained online (ACRA, ICA, MOM, Spring, CPF, Customs and IRAS) and as a future director you have obligations to know them in depth (from the source) rather than scantly briefed via an internet forum

If you don't know where to start first try speaking to ACRA, they have people who can assist with linking you up with people required to start a buisness.

There are business consultants and lawyers who can help you do all you wanted. But part of the fun in starting a business for the first time is learning all this stuff and I highly recommend doing it yourself. It's much cheaper too.

Good luck

You pay peanuts , you get monkeys

2. Search from yahoo, too much but price so different?

From memory, price range is $1600 to $2500. Added extras like shell office etc depends on what you are looking for.

3. Set up company any document need to support ?

www.acra.gov.sg has all the details you need

4. I am PR in Singaproe, can be as director and shareholder or not (mean one person take up same position)?

Yes, you can be both

5. If I am owner of the company, how to charge CPF? charge in my basic salary or company profit? As I am owner and employee, how to charge it?

Take a monthly salary which will involve compulsory CPF contribution

6. If I have CPF account, can I apply medisave for my family insurance?

Yes. medisave can be only use for yourself and your immediate family

7. Any benefit for set up new company under tax section?

You have to weigh the pros and cons. go to www.iras.gov.sg

8. If I am owner, need to pay personal tax nor company tax?, as I have know that 3 years tax free for company tax amount under S$100K? how to apply for my personal tax??

Company tax is for your nett profit b4 tax. Your personal tax is for your monthly income for that fiscal year tax assessment

Thanks for expereince to share and any recommendation for me?

Thanks
