Spanish or French Playgroup for 2+yr old?

Hi...Are there any Spanish or French playgroups for 2+ yr olds out there? My wife is French and I am Mexican and we have been raising our daughter with three languages in the US. We've just moved to Singapore a couple of months ago and wanted to find some playgroups. Especially in Spanish, as that is proving a bit more difficult to find here than French.

Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
