Need an advice regarding bringing your own nanny.

Hi Guys!

I would like to ask some experts here maid / nanny issues.

I'm planning to bring my own (direct nanny) instead of getting from the agency.

Do I need to register her at MOM? Ive heard maids are required to take a test but my nanny has no education background.
