Condo Information and Advice Please

Hi folks, my wife and I are moving out to Singapore from the Uk in 4 weeks. We are currently looking into private condo's to Rent (budget is $3000pm). We are considering a place in Emerald Park in district 3. Any advice on this Condo or any other recommendations? I will be working at Alexandra Hospital in district 3. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Emerald Park is about 15-20min by bus (Buses 51 & 64) to Alexandra Hospital. If you have a car it would be even faster. You can check out the free map of singapore... just concatenate street and directory together, add the www and the com and then add this at the end for faster visual: /asia_travel/travel/travel_id_2463/travel_site_12541/

Thanks for your valuable information. We will hopefully have a viewing arranged by the time we arrive in 4 weeks time. If you or anyone has any other recommendations for condo selection we would greatfully appreciate the information and advice.
