You can try advertising on newspaper and sourcing for a good one at churchs or community, you will find goods ones there. But remember to check their work permit history with MOM, if they stay long enough for particular employer and their ex employer give good references on them, you can negotiate salary with them, there are many terms that you can trade for depending on both parties desire.
