Actually Indonesia it is not a good option for me.
It's a real pain to get visa there for me because of my israeli passport.

Any one had tried Philippines ?

Just saw your reply here..

Been travelling a fair bit in Oct and didn't manage to do any scuba dving.

Now season for thailand has started.. anyone keen for something in Feb 2011? Either a LOB (live on board) or diving and chilling at Phuket.

wow, happy to see quite a few divers in here!

anyway i mentioned on the other thread i just came back from tioman LOB. now the water aint so good~ heard from others peeps who were at dayang and tioman over the same weekend but different locations that vis was equally bad over the last weekend.

anyway, as i posted in another topic, i'm trying to organize a visit to manado, indonesia and wonder if there's people here who's interested to go with me?

I'm organising a dive at Pulau Hantu on 18 Dec. Meet at Republic of Singapore Yacht Club at around 1pm, 2 dives and some food (tbc) and back by 6pm.

Thought I'll reignite this topic...

I've just moved here. I've got my open water diver licence/card.. It has been carefully preserved for the last 2 yrs and is unused since the time I got qualified

I'm looking for a refresher course .. any suggestions on refresher courses - preferably ones that are run on the weekends and in open water?
Any dive buddies who wants to join me are more than welcome!
